  • Pay and benefits: 

  • We are Rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

  • Excellent pay rates (Inclusive of Holiday Pay): 

  • Day Time £13.00 

  • Evening £13.50 

  • Weekends £15.00 

  • Be part of a great team of amazing Care Assistants 

  • Mileage allowance 35p/Mile 

  • We do minimum of 1-hour calls (95%) - This means more care time with our lovely clients. 

  • Sufficient travel time between clients - calculated by google maps

Duties will include:

  • Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day

  • Personal care

  • Administering medication

  • Assisting Clients with washing and dressing

  • Shopping

  • Housekeeping

  • Meal preparation

  • Taking Clients for appointments or outings

Requirements of a Care Assistant:

  • Be available for early mornings/evenings/alternate weekends

  • Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle

  • Have a genuine passion to want to help others

  • Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude
