To expand our creative team, we are looking for a highly competent and meticulous junior graphic designer. In order to ensure accuracy and adherence to creative rules, the Production Designer will be in charge of translating conceptual concepts into visual designs. A strong eye for detail, familiarity with design software, and the capacity to work well with others in the creative team are prerequisites for this position.
Responsibilities:
Execution of Design Concepts:
Translate conceptual ideas into polished visual designs.
Work closely with creative directors, art directors, and concept designers to understand project requirements.
Technical Proficiency:
Demonstrate expertise in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.).
Ensure designs meet technical specifications for various mediums, including print and digital.
Attention to Detail:
Uphold high standards of quality and precision in all design work.
Review and proof designs to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of designs into the overall creative vision.
Communicate effectively with team members to understand project goals and requirements.
Project Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and project timelines.
Provide regular updates on project progress and actively participate in team meetings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Production Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in design software and tools.
Experience working with Canva
Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
