As a Business System Analyst, you will be involved in collecting requirements as well as participating in the acceptance testing and you will also perform risk analysis and causes of errors. You will also be involved in system analysis and integrations and you will be working on protection and anti-fraud improvements of products. Collecting and processing the requirements of anti-fraud analysts for the formation of tasks for the development of tools or tasks for making changes to the services and products of the company.
Research of the existing products and tools for the possibility of their improvement, in order to improve the quality of fraud processing, reduce labour costs and reduce human errors.
Analysis of technologies, architectural and technological capabilities for the implementation of business requirements.
Determining which tools need to be added or changed, determining the set and composition of data for algorithm implementations.
Translation from the "language" of business requirements into technical or algorithmic requirements.
Formation of acceptance criteria for products and tools, product compliance with acceptance criteria means the ability to use the product in work.
Checking the developed services and products for compliance with the acceptance criteria.
Handing over the product to operation, and in case of non-compliance with the acceptance criteria for re-working.
Checking products and services for compliance with company standards.
Identification of the main problems that lead or may lead to financial or other losses of the company.
Identification of weak points in products, strengthening of which will significantly increase security and protection against fraud.
Formation of recommendations (together with the AFC specialists) for changes in the company products and services.
Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering
3+ years experience on BSA or similar position (in fintech company as advantage)
Experience in business process description, optimisation and reengineering
Strong analytical skills (data analysis skills as an advantage, R - big advantage)
Understanding of BPMN 2.0 or similar frameworks
Knowledge of any programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, C++ will be considered as an advantage
Experience with databases. Good knowledge of SQL allowing you to select the information you need by yourself
Excellent internal communication, written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills
Russian and English fluent speaker and writer
