As (Senior) Business Intelligence Manager - Pricing you are part of our Fleet Intelligence Team. You enable us to make profound, data-driven pricing decisions, operationalize them with ease, and thereby optimize our revenues and profitability.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build the fundament for revenue optimization: Conceptualise and develop a pricing recommendation system that also allows for a fast operationalization of pricing adjustments. Form a cross-functional team and work closely together with our engineers, product managers and data analysts.

  • Own all data streams and workflows: Enable us to make better pricing decisions and optimize our fleet’s profitability by owning the development of required data streams and workflows. That also includes shaping the underlying data structure ensuring that data is reliable, coherent and up to date.

  • Create actionable insights and automated recommendations across our fleet’s pricing: Coalesce the needs and interests of our customers and all stakeholders from C-Level, Fleet, Operations, Finance & UA/B2B and design your solutions to satisfy them.

Your Profile

  • 1+ years of professional experience in business intelligence or data analytics in a fast paced environment such as high-growth startups.

  • Graduated top of your class with a Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.

  • Experience in programming languages suitable for data analytics as SQL, Python or R is a plus.

  • Highly analytical and comfortable around numbers. Quantitative research background is a plus.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and joy in precise working.

  • Proactive mindset with an ability to think outside the box and enrich the team with new, creative ideas.

  • Strong solution-finding abilities with new, creative approaches on how to overcome challenges.

  • Confident team player with an ability to help business and technical teams to work together towards a timely issue resolution
