Who you are:
You are great at designing, building & automating reports/dashboards to help drive decision making
You come with strong programming skills (specifically SQL & Python)
You have prior experience in a commonly used dashboarding tool - like Tableau, Qlikview, PowerBI or Looker
You are a master at Excel and know your way around with VBA
Creative but effective data visualization is your thing
You are an excellent communicator (English) and you can storyboard/present your work to different kinds of audiences
You have a strong business acumen and think about the bigger picture
You can easily adapt to different working styles and models
You are results-oriented: purpose before process.

You are an extremely inquisitive person who wants to keep learning new things
Brownie points for:
Having prior experience working with AWS Cloud products
Having automation knowledge & experience
Being a PowerBI wizard
Having prior experience working with Google Analytics
Having prior experience working with a sports-based business
Having worked in an Agile work model and familiar with tools such as JIRA, Confluence etc.
What you’ll be doing:
Identify and onboard (in partnership with data engineering) new data sources to enable new analyses
Query data and create/run ETL jobs to bring data in the desired format
Design and build reports and interactive dashboards using BI tools
Derive insights and enable opportunity identification across functions like Marketing, Customer Service, Product and Safety/Integrity
Perform short ad-hoc analyses to ensure seamless KPI reporting to different stakeholders
Partner with tech teams to productionize daily, weekly and monthly dashboards/reports
Train non-technical stakeholders on how to consume reports & dashboards
Share work and knowledge across the organization to build a data-driven culture
Mentor and coach junior analysts
