Carry out prospects (new business) independently and thanks to Outbound Telesales, collaborating with those responsible for training, elearning, with HR managers, etc.
Manage customers together with the Customer Success Manager to ensure upsell.
Conduct business demonstrations to prospects and prepare business proposals to close deals.
Report to the Country Manager and define a strategic scope of customers and prospects.
Be able to conduct most negotiations over the phone and, if necessary, in person.
Get to know the Italian training industry and funding.
Acquire market feedback for continuous product development.

Minimum experience of 5 years in the sale of services in the HR sector and an adequate network of contacts.
Predisposition to telephone contacts and passion for sales
Hunter mindset with a proven track record of driving sales and managing customers.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced commercial sales environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and use of social media for outreach (LinkedIn Focus).
Fluent Italian and good knowledge of written and spoken English.
Excellent communication skills (ability to listen to potential customers) and empathy.
Understanding of the Italian training and financing sector.
Great use of CRM, preferably HubSpot.
