As Business Developer, you’ll be responsible for Picnic’s growth in a region of the Netherlands. Within your region, you’ll become an expert on customer needs, competition, and Picnic’s performance. You’ll track and boost short- and mid-term demand to ensure that we continue to serve an increasing number of customers every week. This means you'll use your analytical skills to understand the growth, and you’ll roll up your sleeves and work together with many different teams to get improvements implemented.
If the growth falls short of expectations, you’ll perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to find the gap, with support from analysts and the local teams. Using the results of these analyses, you’ll collaborate with team members and operators to set up initiatives to get back on track. Because you’ll be managing multiple stakeholders, strong communication and influencing skills are crucial to success.
