The Business Coach role will lead small groups of Pros in the HCP Coach program through the core curriculum and ongoing accountability groups. This role lives on our mission daily - Business Coaches will do whatever it takes to ensure our Pros have both the tools and the knowledge they need to succeed in running their businesses. • Facilitate Pros through our business health tracking process in weekly accountability group sessions held via video conferencing
• Support Pros by augmenting core curriculum resources in weekly accountability group sessions held via video conferencing
• Guide Pros in how to use HCP features and tools tied to coaching concepts
• Coordinate communication among Pros in your accountability groups
• Engage in continued learning and training to grow as a coach and facilitator
• Empathize and understand the challenges our Pros face daily
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the industry and organization to connect Pros with the necessary resources to meet their goals
• Shape the HCP Coach program by developing and delivering content to best serve our pros
• Experience working with home service professionals or in the home services industry
• Experience supporting Pros with their pain points and how the Housecall Pro product serves Pros in their daily work
• An understanding of a P&L statement and the key drivers that impact profitability
• Ability to lead group discussions, guiding conversation, and providing guidance to Pros
Compensation: Min. Salary $55K + Equity
• Experience facilitating groups and coaching individuals
• 2-4 years of full-time customer success experience
• Basic knowledge of small business financing and account management.
• Established credibility with service professionals from HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpet cleaning and/or maid specialties is a plus
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Motivation, drive, and a self-starting attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Good time management with strong organizational skills
