Execute projects to rapidly scale our business across the Italian and Spanish markets

Conduct ongoing analyses of our product, marketing, performance, competition & client behaviors to influence our strategic roadmap and product localization

Contribute to our team focused on Italy/Spain and delivering Scalable Capital’s services into their market.

Work with the team to deliver local language websites, apps and marketing campaigns

Identify partners and establish relationships with local providers necessary to deliver our proposition

Report and communicate with senior management on KPIs

Work with our client services team to set up and deliver best in class customer service

Master’s degree from a top tier university preferably with a focus on business, finance or entrepreneurship

1-3 years experience in finance, consultancy or technology industry

Passion for digital products

Strong analytical thinking, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions

Ability to break down complex issues, identify their essential factors and communicate them effectively

A great understanding of and focus on customer problems and needs

Hands-on mentality: the ability to work independently and get things done

Curiosity about the technology landscape for mobile and web solutions

Fluent English and Italian (Spanish is considered a plus)
