Expectations and Tasks
 
Support local administration for employees
 

 

  • Handling insurance
     

  • Maintenance of inventory lists (access cards, laptops, etc.

  • Maintenance of employee records, tracking of leave days

  • In charge of mobility management for local and global travel of employees.

  • Handle employee queries and provide timely updates

  • Reporting to central HR in APAC

Recruitment and selection
 

  • Organizing & Enabling Job Advertisements
     

  • Provide advice and assistance to job applicants in the navigation of the job application and selection process
     

  • Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders on setting up interviews with candidates
     

  • Maintenance of recruitment system database
     

  • Shortlisting profiles for interviews by hiring managers
     

  • Convert CVs

Job requirements

  • Fresh graduates or 1-3 years of experience in IT service industry (ideally SAP).

  • General understanding payrolling, EPF, income tax, insurance and legal matters.

  • Able to keep up to date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company

  • Experience to execute direct recruitment is an added advantage.

  • Bachelor's degree mandatory.

  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office

  • Good organizational with attention to detail and ability to multitask daily workload

  • Being able to handle confidential matters

  • Good attitude, passionate and determined while appreciating teamwork

  • Fluent in English
