We're looking for a visionary brand leader to expand and elevate our brand, enhance our product across markets, and advance the recycling revolution, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. You will be responsible for leading our talented brand team, aligning media and PR teams, and inspiring them through a powerful vision and breadth of experience that drives impact aligned with our company goals, mission, and purpose.
You will be a guardian of our purpose, making sure that not only brand decisions but also business decisions within the company are aligned. Ensuring that we never forget why we are in this business and that there is an ultimate mission bigger than ourselves.
This is an impactful role that will help shape the long-term strategic direction of our brand in our drive to become the world’s reusing platform.

Define the vision of the brand and its evolution from the current state of art. This will mean carving an internationalization strategy and its execution, amongst other things.
Internationalize our brand while balancing the local and the global
Lead the internal and external (agencies) brand team in terms of vision, deliverables and development while aligning with other teams including media and PR teams.
Be the brand guru and ambassador across the organization to guide the company into embracing the brand values / playbook to thrive in the defined brand territory
Determine, own and grow key business metrics such as Top Of Mind. as well as defining how to measure our brand impact from a finance and analytics POV

You have a proven track record of building, developing, and scaling teams that ship great experiences, understanding of best practices around recruiting, coaching, and motivating a team including inclusion and equity
You are fluent in English.
You have experience in building brands that people love. B2C is a plus.
