We are searching for a Bookkeeper to join our rapidly expanding R&D Center in Abu Dhabi, which is funded by ADIO. You enjoy working as part of a global team, managing all financial activities, including receivables and payables, and assisting the company's finance. You are well-organized, enjoy accounting, and have a sense for numbers. You have prior experience and a strong desire to work in a worldwide team in a fast-paced work environment. We can help you get a visa and relocate to Abu Dhabi with your family.
You will:
Manage ongoing reconciliations with receivables and payables
Prepare and manage monthly payments
Record and issue invoices
Manage credit card reconciliation
Manage employees’ travel and expense reimbursements, ensuring compliance with the company’s policies
Assisting with the monthly and quarterly closing process including vendor reconciliation, trial balance, and tax returns
Work with the external auditors
Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks
You have:
At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience
A degree in Accounting or a related field
Excellent English, both written and verbal
Outstanding attention to detail
You:
