We’re looking for a Transcriber to join our fully-remote workforce and become a key part of Woflow’s global data delivery efforts. Our Data Specialist team is the pulse of Woflow, ensuring all data tasks are completed quickly and effectively using Woflow’s suite of proprietary software tools for multiple lines of business (LOB’s). A Transcriber handles all aspects of the data structuring and standardization process for clients.
A strong Transcriber has superb time management skills and can multi-task with ease, all while communicating effectively with their peers and team leaders. They are obsessively focused on the details, and have an eye for spotting (and fixing) their mistakes before anyone else does -- also a natural problem solver, they will stop at nothing to get the job done right.
We are specifically looking to hire a Transcriber for our Menu Marketplace Team.
This is a remote, full-time, paid-per-task position that you can do from the comfort of your home! Our transcribers can earn US$500 on average every month.
Work closely with team leaders and managers to ensure daily/weekly/monthly output targets are met, on time and accurately
Use Woflow’s proprietary suite of tools to perform a variety of data structuring and standardization tasks
Attend daily/weekly/monthly Quality and Development meetings (as invited) and keep up to date with all learning/training materials for all relevant LOB’s
Communicate reliably and effectively with all team members (peers, team leaders, managers, etc.) via proper channels
Identify key problems or issues with the data structuring and standardization process as they arise
6+ months doing similar work in data entry or data processing -- experience within a BPO is a strong plus, as well as previous menu transcription experience
French language: native or bilingual proficiency
English language: bilingual proficiency
