What you'll do

  • You will have end-to-end responsibility for projects within the area of business intelligence from project planning and resource allocation to on-time delivery within budget with high satisfaction of key stakeholders

  • You will support and manage IT process managers, application specialists, developers, testers, key users and suppliers

  • You will be responsible for risk management, project controlling, reporting and communication with the steering committee

  • You will support active change and adoption management and ensure project documentation and handover

  • You drive continuous improvement of project management processes and tools

Who you are

  • You have successfully (co-)managed complex IT projects in multinational companies, some of which focused on business intelligence, reporting and analytics

  • You combine project management, technical and business skills

  • You have solid experience in Agile/Waterfall project management methodologies, e.g. PMI, Prince2, Scrum, SAFe - ideally proven by certifications - or similar

  • You have a university degree in business, IT, (industrial) engineering or a comparable qualification

  • You are a recognized entrepreneurial leader and an empathetic team player (m/f/d) with a solid balance of analytical skills, "can do" mentality and risk management mindset

  • You have excellent communication, persuasion and problem-solving skills within IT and other business units at all levels

  • You are fluent in English

  • You would be willing to travel regularly to Knauf sites on all continents
