What will you bring to the role?

  • A current Behaviour Support Practitioner registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in a clinical discipline such as Psychology, Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology

  • Demonstrated clinical experience in your existing field

  • Ability to deliver person centred, goal directed and solutions focussed interventions

  • Strong analytical and report writing skills

  • An ability to communicate and appropriately respond to needs of people of all abilities and cultural backgrounds

  • A commitment to the rights of people with a disability and making a difference in individuals’ lives

  • The capacity to work independently and as part of a team

  • Current driver’s licence and ability to travel within the region as required

  • A current Working with Children Check (WWCC), or willingness to obtain upon joining.
