We are recruiting for a B2B Communications Specialist to join their marketing team. Reporting directly to the B2B Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the creation and development of ATL and BTL campaign materials and experiences to drive our brand. This is an exciting role where you will be the guardian of the brand's visual identity and tone of voice for all of our communication materials. As B2B Communications Specialist, you will be ultimately responsible for the communication calendar and the execution of brand experiences. You will be the guardian of the full 360 campaign, ensuring consistency across all communication channels. You will manage the agencies you work with and be in control of the budget. We have assessed this role and it could be applicable for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route.
Create and develop ATL and BTL campaign materials for B2B, translating global key messages to ensure they are locally relevant as well as localizing global campaigns
Adapt campaigns into full 360 campaigns, including materials for digital and performance campaigns
Support the adaptation and creation of all BTL communication
Work alongside media partners for short program items, advertorials and/or native advertising
Develop video content for social media and/or campaign websites
Manage and run photoshoots for (local) campaigns, including assets for social media, campaign websites and CRM
Work with creative agencies, HQ, Marketing and other departments for the development and translation of POS materials (incl brochures) and CRM materials (incl EM and DM)
Ensure consistency in wording and style of written text
Deliver input for and validation of all materials created outside the Marketing department
Be the guardian of the rights of all visuals in use in communication
Support the creation, adaptation and consistent use of icons
Management and execution of events
Development and execution of Digital (Display, Content, LP, etc.), social (advertising), Direct Marketing as well as Trade and Retail materials
The successful candidate will already have a wealth of experience in marketing/communications preferably as a Junior Brand Manager or Campaign Manager. You will have a successful track record in managing successful through-the-line campaigns, including ‘traditional’ media as well as digital media. You will also:
Have good experience in Brand management. Ideally by leading brands in the FMCG sector or HORECA
Be an approachable team player who is always looking for new innovations and creative ways to fulfil the communications plan
Have a keen eye for detail both conceptually and creatively
Have strong project management skills and be able to deliver to a high quality with short deadlines
Be strong in driving and inspiring external creative agencies
Have exceptional communication skills and great stakeholder management skills
Be confident and clear in written and spoken English
