As an Auction Coordinator for your assigned sales team, your mission is to manage and organise the team’s busy pipeline of vehicles! You will be responsible for assigning and keeping on top of all photography/words associated with an auction, and logging all relevant data and information so that our sales forecast is on target. Liaising with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally, you will need to be an organisational ninja and a communication wizard. You will be constantly speaking to our team of photographers and writers to confirm when listings are due back, as well as feeding the relevant information into our sales and support teams so that listings can be built and published in a timely manner. All information relevant to each auction is logged on our CRM, and you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information.
Request all photography and/or editorial on auctions listings
Manage and keep up to date with photography and/or editorial requests to ensure they are returned by deadline
Ensure pipeline forecast is accurate and feed listings into the support team for build
Work towards agreed SLA’s and KPI’s
Reconcile weekly against our database to ensure the CRM is accurate
Publish weekly data for your sales team in terms of revenue, reserves and volume
Work with the sales team directly to manage and coordinate the auction pipeline
Keeping on top of make and model clashes to ensure no 2 cars the same are running at the same time
Work to improve our operational procedures to increase our efficiencies and throughput
You will respond to general enquiries on auctions related to your team
The skills, attributes and experience you must have:
Grand-master levels of organisation
Excellent communication skills both internally and externally
Bundles of pro-activity and foresight to avoid problems before they even arise
Team player - You will be embedded into a sales team, and your goals are their goals. Work as one!

Experience working in an organisational driven capacity I.E Logistics scheduler, warehouse management
Experience working in a KPI Driven environment
Skills, attributes and experience it would be nice for you to have:
Preferably experience working in a tech-based start up and used to the nuances this brings
As we grow internationally it would be awesome if you were able to speak multiple languages, but this isn’t a deal-breaker
