As an Associate Product Manager, you are ready to skyrocket your career in tech! You will be in charge of transforming our business requirements into new features from day 1 and successively gain new skills to grow you towards your next milestone: leading your own team of developers and owning our product strategy as a product lead.
You will be part of an international, English-speaking team that builds our disruptive Ad Tech platform
You identify customer needs from data, direct feedback and business partners
You identify product requirements from stakeholder communication
You develop a product vision to get the development team and internal stakeholders behind
You translate the vision into a feature roadmap and quarterly objectives and plan the implementation of features
You stay in touch with devs to answer any questions and make quick decisions to drive feature to success within given scope
You develop KPIs for your product to make sure you stay on track and inspires action to drive it further
You will develop your people management skills and eventually guide your own team of developers
You either graduated in Management / Computer Science (with Management courses) / Economics with best-in-class grades or you are willing to advance your career after your first 1-2 years in product management/project management
You are a problem solver who likes to work in a cross-functional team
You know how to read and interpret data and can use Excel to extract more insights out of raw data (e.g. with pivot tables and vlookup)
You are keen to challenge ideas to find the best and most efficient solution
You have gathered first experience in managing projects with significant business impact and multiple stakeholders
You can communicate fluently in English
