For our resort in the Middle East, we are now hiring an assistant spa manager. This position is crucial to the daily operations of the spa and health club department. Aim to keep and inspire the complete spa staff, and be able to instill a culture of excellence in care and service among all staff members. Please be advised that this position is land-based and has a 12-month permanent contract (renewable). Visa sponsorship and accommodation is available for successful candidate.
Assisting the Spa Manager in all daily activities.
Maintaining equipment and sample inventory of spa products.
Providing a distinctive and unparalleled service experience.
Taking full ownership and accountability for the maintenance as well as the look and feel of each treatment area.
Maintaining confidentiality and the highest degree of professional ethics at all times.
Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree a bonus)
At least 10-15 years of experience in the Luxury Spa industry.
Previous Assistant Spa manager role preferred.
Passionate, service-driven with exemplary customer service skills.
Must possess outstanding hospitality, communication and organizational skills
Deep product and treatments knowledge.
Detail-oriented attitude
Experienced within luxury high-end hospitality
Accustomed to dealing VVIP customers
Discreet and trustworthy personality
Highest levels of personal presentation
Salary: $96,000 per year (Net)
