Opportunities are now available for experienced Architect ( 3d visualization and Lumion ) overseas who want to come to work in Australia with a proven work history on variety of Residential Project and to join the team on various major sites in Sydney. 482 employer visa sponsorship (2-4 years) permanent opportunity for the right candidates is available
Prepare detailed drawings of architectural design, plan and other related documents for buildings and other structures
Review and research building code requirements, product literature, and analyze materials and their appropriateness for applications to projects
Familiar and executes standard discipline architectural activities on projects of relatively small size and complexity within the business line with minimal technical oversight. Coordinates technical issues with other departments on projects including contractibility requirements and reviews.
Plans architectural layout, prepares detailed architectural design and layout drawings for small structures and portions of major buildings.
Plans, coordinates or prepares equipment, work and material specifications, bid evaluations and award recommendations.
Analyzes problems with conflicting design requirements, sketches ideas and possible solutions.
Evaluates and reports on the suitability of unconventional materials, techniques and/or difficult coordination requirements.
Development Design Drawings
Perform formal calculations
Sizes equipment and systems
Develop design configuration packages for configuration control and change management
Design Building Information Modeling and coordination with other disciplines
Leads coordination with other disciplines to ensure cohesive design
Review vendor submittals and integrate information into the design solution
Perform to schedule requirements while maintaining a high degree of quality in work product
Organize closely with other technical disciplines in planning and executing work as an integrated team
With accredited professional degree in architecture
3+ years Architecture Experience in Construction Industry
Meet 482 visa requirement.
Hard working with can-do attitude
Ability to take direction and responsibility for end results
Licensed Architect
Proficient in AutoCAD, and Revit drawing programs and Lumion. Familiarity with graphic illustration software programs such as 3D Studio Max, and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and In-Design. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Proficiency with New Forma preferred.
Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
