Create and Manage Product Listings:
Collaborate with the manager to create accurate and engaging product listings.
Work closely with the content team to ensure consistent messaging and imagery.
Maintain product listings, including uploading new products and updating existing ones.
Content Creation and Enhancement:
Develop and maintain high-quality imagery and enhanced content for product detail pages (PDPs).
Coordinate with the content team for content creation and approvals.
Ensure all product listings meet Amazon's content guidelines.
Inventory Management:
Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to create and manage inventory requests.
Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment as needed.
Account Health and Performance:
Monitor Amazon Seller Central account health, addressing any issues promptly.
Troubleshoot and resolve backend product listing issues, such as suppressions and missing images.
Advertising and Promotions:
Execute advertising campaigns through third-party apps, optimizing performance based on data analysis.
Implement promotional plans and analyze campaign results for continuous improvement.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Pull and analyze sales data for weekly internal reporting.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product performance and brand presence.
Amazon Store Management:
Optimize and update Brand Store with relevant content and promotions.
Implement growth opportunities presented by Amazon, subject to manager approval.
Collaboration and Support:
Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators and external agencies, to ensure seamless execution of Amazon strategies.
Participate in bi-weekly calls with external agencies for coordination and updates.
Demonstrated expertise in Amazon operations and best practices.
Must have Amazon Seller Central and backend operations experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, including lookups and pivot tables.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strategic thinker with a history of effective inventory management and sales optimization.
Proven ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal guidance.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
Experience with customer engagement and problem-solving.
Flexibility to work East Coast hours.
Prior experience in advertising campaigns and data analysis is preferred.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work well within a team.
A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
