Serve as Scrum Master
Help own and manage the technology backlog, defining acceptance criteria and prioritizing user stories, while partnering with the Chief Product Officer to set sprint goals and reviews.
Initiate and manage sprints, sprint retrospectives
Run daily stand-up meetings, sprint demos
Evangelize continual learning, team autonomy, improve team velocity
Evaluate team capacity and help plan/manage resourcing
Establish lean portfolio metrics radiators
Communicate results and ideas to key stakeholders at Vee
Master's degree in Business (MBA), Business Data Analytics, Integrated Design, Industrial Engineering, Ethnography, Computer Science, Product Design, or a related field
Strong Agile experience
Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
Strong collaboration skills - you partner well with others to solve problems and actively incorporate input from various sources
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Working with key stakeholders to drive business results
Data-driven human-centric toolkit
Experience with user research, documenting requirements, and product roadmaps.
High proficiency in Jira
