Following our continued success and international growth plans, we're now looking for an experienced Agile Coach to help us develop our organization further. As an Agile Coach, you'll work in an OKR framework across different business units, close with both product and technical environments. You’ll have an impact from day one by sharing and guiding team members through best practices. Together with other Agile Coaches, you’ll continuously buzz around to find the best solutions, come up with proposals, implement ideas and focus on the right things to ensure we coach the best teams together. You’ll contribute to building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame.
We've got a hybrid work model so you'll be based in Palma de Mallorca (and willing to meet the team at least once per week).
YOU'VE GOT
Minimum 3 years' experience as an Agile Coach
Expertise with a range of Agile frameworks, methods, and tools (e.g. Kanban, Scrum, XP, Design Thinking, LeSS, Nexus, OKR, Jira) and their application to a varied range of contexts
You’re a great communicator in English (our business language)
You’re confident at decision-making, problem-solving, and dealing with ambiguity
A servant leadership mindset and a natural willingness to empower teams and individuals to reach the next level
You’re a people person with strong emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills
You’re goal-oriented, skilled at managing priorities, and eager to drive process improvements
A leadership, training, education, or coaching background (nice to have)
