One of our current most impactful objectives is to build an internal Agility Academy, based on the company’s and people’s needs where employees can develop themselves based on defined programs and training, e.g. face-to-face or self-learning courses. We, the Agile Coaches, are constantly aiming to improve and expand the portfolio of support we can provide to the organisation. Hence we are looking to expand our team by adding a personality with skills and capabilities in order to complement our current setup.

As of now we are looking for a highly qualified, motivated and experienced Agile Coach (m/f/d) to join a diverse team of Agile Coaches with Miriam, Marco, Joan & Bianca. We complement each other with our different strengths and personalities in order to unlock continuous value delivery and consistently empower FREE NOW's agile culture of transparency, experimentation and feedback.
In FREE NOW, Agile Coaches work together in a team as a central function for the Product and Tech organisation. Recently, we shifted our focus from single departments to the broader Product and Tech organisation, aiming to support the entire company in the future.
Our goal is to develop people, processes and structures at FREE NOW to enable the transition into an organisation that is even more successful and shapes the mobility of the future. Our main activities described below mainly involve coaching, training, mentoring and consulting depending on the needs and problems. We split the work amongst the members of our group of Agile Coaches based on the expertise and willingness of learning/exploring a topic.
Guide individuals, leads, teams and departments on optimizing their way of working by adopting agile practices, values and methodologies. Make use of your toolkits as a coach, trainer, consultant or moderator.
Promote self-organisation and a customer-driven mindset to help teams achieve great innovations and valuable outcomes
Analyse the organisation to spot areas of improvement and raise awareness to the leadership team to actively improve the system and organisational understanding
Develop and execute solutions to for organisational challenges together with leadership teams to help maximise the effectivity and efficiency of the Product & Tech organisation
Design and host trainings and training programs to help the organisation and each individual learning and growing according to their needs
Collaborate closely with the other Agile Coaches, share your knowledge and experience in order to grow together as a team
Guide people through change and support the company with change management
You enjoy your work while bringing in a sense of humour and optimism
You worked several years on a servant leadership role such as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master or in a leadership position
You possess a fluent proficiency in English
You stand for self-initiative, courage and a hands-on-mentality
You are a strong and experienced communicator with the ability to be empathic
You stand for an agile mindset and live up to its values
You gained knowledge and experience in various agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Design thinking, OKRs, Lean etc.)
You have a high drive for self learning and growing in an adventurous company
You hold strong cognitive skills (e.g. analytical mindset, decision-making skills, creativeness) and system thinking ability
You can adapt quickly to new situations and apply fitting tools or methods
You are open minded and enjoy working with people from other cultures
You have experience in coaching, mentoring, training and mediating
You are experienced in change management
You have experience working with Product and Engineering departments
You have experience working in multicultural environments
You have experience working in remote environments
You have experience in organisational analysis and/or organisation development
