As an Adult Social Worker you be required to work with adults with care, supporting their needs, working with young people transitioning to Adults, Community, Care & Support.
Salary & bonuses:
£33,485 - £36,370 per annum
Support in securing registration with Social Work England
Holiday entitlement starting at 24 days, rising to 33 per year with continued service (plus bank holiday)

£8000 relocation allowance
Requirements of the Social Workers:
Degree or equivalent in social work
Registered/ In the process of registering as a Social Work England
Significant frontline experience in Adults Services
Ability to travel across the County
Ability to attend meetings outside of normal business hours
Full Driving Licence
