Our client is a completely independent acquisition, an advisory company servicing buyers, investors, developers, and tenants. They help clients whether buying or leasing a property through our extensive experience, market knowledge, and strategic property advice. They're currently looking to add an Administrative officer to their team.
Report to the Director of Property.
Include all activities involved in the identification, assessment, contracting, and eventual acquisition of properties – non-residential.
Require you to manage and operate HRB Documents
Monitor, manage and ensure tasks on the TVD are completed in a timely manner.
Include undertaking due diligence investigations relating to property acquisitions.
Ensure that research of various property sectors (with a primary focus on the industrial, commercial, and bulky goods retail sectors), including general market research and/or property-specific research for new acquisitions and existing assets within the portfolio, is conducted in a professional manner.
Identify, research, and analyse new property investment acquisition opportunities.
Build and enhance company templates and reporting systems (Excel, Word)
Undertake Social Media Marketing on a monthly basis
Liaise directly with clients over email in some cases to arrange appointments/inspections
A detailed understanding of a range of commercial real estate asset classes, the property market, financial analysis, and valuations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
Strong relationship management skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Proficiency in other MS Office platforms.
Knowledgeable in XERO
