International Supply Chain Management
Manage group email inbox
Freight Invoice Checking
Data Entry
Request Freight quotes
Customs Duty
Checking/reviewing documents
Drafting product descriptions
Admin/ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
Detail-oriented, able to deliver a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment
An ability to multitask and work either autonomously or collaboratively with a team across various projects
Proofreading and editing skills
Ability to work within a small team
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and manage sensitive information
Great written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate with people at all levels
Background in administration, bookkeeping, auditing, and data entry is preferable
