Job Responsibilities:
 
International Supply Chain Management
 

  • Manage group email inbox

  • Freight Invoice Checking

  • Data Entry

  • Request Freight quotes

Customs Duty
 

  • Checking/reviewing documents

  • Drafting product descriptions

Admin/ad-hoc tasks

Requirements
 

  • Detail-oriented, able to deliver a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment

  • An ability to multitask and work either autonomously or collaboratively with a team across various projects

  • Proofreading and editing skills

  • Ability to work within a small team

  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and manage sensitive information

  • Great written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate with people at all levels

  • Background in administration, bookkeeping, auditing, and data entry is preferable
