You want to help people, improve the lives of home service professionals (our Pros), and make a difference in your role as the Accountability Advisor. As a small group leader for service professionals (Pros) in our program, you will guide them through the foundational material and ongoing accountability sessions. You go above and above to make sure that our Pros have the resources and expertise required to run their businesses successfully. What you do each day:
Create and foster the end-to-end relationships with Conquerors and Pros
Develop trust and transparency through clear communication with our Pros
Achieve goals related to Pros profitability and engagement, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
Manage and submit Pro’s activity reports in specified format and timelines
Guide Pros in how to use CONQUER features and tools tied to coaching concepts, providing continuous learning and customized feedback
Analyze business financials and P&L statements
Engage in continued learning and training to grow as a coach and facilitator, maintain team specific certification or equivalent, and attend internal coaching support programs for compliance
Empathize and understand the challenges our Pros face daily, supporting Pros with their pain points and using CONQUER resources to help serve
Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance to Pros and Conquerors with business plans, management issues, marketing, organizational structure, and financial analysis
Monitor and measure key performance indicators, lead bi-weekly sessions with participants, and send weekly communications
Qualifications:
1+ year in an entrepreneurial role, preferably working as a business owner
Knowledge of Profit and Loss Statements and the key drivers that impact profitability
Experience working with home service professionals or in the home services industry is a plus
Ability to lead group discussions, guide conversation, and provide guidance is preferred
Basic technical understanding of Zoom, Google Suite, Confluence, and/or ability to learn other programs
