Receive and process account transfer requests through DTCC ACATs system
Process manual account transfer requests from customers
Call contra firms to resolve claims and residual balances
Provide input into new procedures and processes and help improve the client experience
Customer Service focus
Ad hoc duties and projects as assigned
Required Qualifications and Experience:
3 + year of brokerage operations experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and reliability with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience with DTCC ACATs processing
Ability to work effectively and supportively within a team environment and the ability to work independently
Must possess the ability to adapt to a changing business and regulatory environment
Enjoys challenges and taking ownership of new responsibilities
Series 7 license preferred
Microsoft Excel experience with pivot tables, vloopup, standard formulas, and index matches
SQL query searches
