In compliance with the UK government's Skilled Worker Visa, we are employing home care workers.
The following requirements are taken into account during the recruitment and selection process.
The ability to speak English to the required minimum level, and to provide proof of that ability where required, can often be the most difficult challenge for applicants under the Health and Care Worker visa route. Prospective social care recruits from outside the EU must be able to demonstrate that they can speak, understand, read, and write English to level B1 on the CEFR scale, also known as the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
However, an applicant can demonstrate their command of the English language by doing one of the following:
1. Nurse Aide or Equivalent Qualification NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care
2. IELTS General Training UKVI (English Test)
3. Naric now called Ecctis Qualification Comparability
4. TB Test (IOM)
5. Police Clearance
6. Valid Passport
