Guest Relation Agent Responsibilities are:​

  • Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way

  • Addressing and escalating customer complaints

  • Providing information about facilities, programs and other services

Requirements

  • Nice personality

  • 165 cm height and above

  • Russian/French Speaker

  • Male & Female​

  • Punctuality and guest communication skills

  • Being proactive and use good judgement when dealing with challenging situations

  • Vaccinated or not against vaccination

Benefits
