To join our team, we are looking for a highly driven, energetic, and devoted Guest Relations Officer.
Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in experience
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to assist guests in planning their stay
Collaborate with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues
Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests to encourage return visits and positive reviews
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences
Provide language assistance and translation services as needed
Minimum 165 cm height
Fluent in English and Russian languages (spoken and written)
Previous experience in a guest relations or customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Salary 3000 AED + 250 AED Language Allowance + 320 AED Service Charge (from 3rd Month). In total 970 $
